Reimagining your Relationship with Your Parents

an in-person weekend workshop

June 21-22, 2025

The patterns you carry with your parents don’t stay in the past—they show up everywhere. In your relationships. At work. In moments where you feel unseen, unheard, or stuck in old dynamics you can’t shake. This in-person, applications-only workshop is for those looking to improve their relationships with their parents and is geared toward those who still have at least 1 living parent.

Who is This For?

This program is for adults who:

  • Want to improve their relationship with their parent(s) but struggle with communication or emotional barriers.

  • Have done some personal growth work or therapy and are ready to go deeper.

  • Are open to self-reflection, emotional processing, and new approaches to healing family relationships.

  • Want to connect with others navigating similar challenges.

  • Are willing to participate in video-recorded sessions and provide feedback to help refine the program.

What You’ll Experience

Through deep, guided exercises, real conversations, and exercises/tools you can take home, you’ll:

  • Identify the patterns you aren’t aware are running your relationships

  • Unpack the unspoken tensions and emotional loops with your parents

  • Develop practices for approaching conflict and setting clear, kind boundaries

  • Connect with peers to continually support you on your journey

You don’t have to wait for your parents to change. The shift starts with you. When you do this work, every relationship in your life gets easier—romantic, family, work, and beyond.
